Welcome to the Service Desk! This site is intended to be an
intuitive area for you to ask for help, order something, or lookup a how to
(Solution).
We know there is a lot of areas where we can expand into with
this tool, and we will be do so in the coming months.

The Home Page
·Your Tickets – shows you all your
active and closes tickets. This is where
you can go to check on the status, or update your ticket.
·Report an Incident – This is where you let
us know something is not working as it was or should be, i.e. printer problem, computer
running slow, weird computer errors, JDE/EDI problems.
·Request New Service – This is where you can
ask for a new laptop, access to JDE, office supplies, software, cloud licenses
·Browse Solutions – This is where you can
find answers to common questions or artifacts, phone list, WiFi
We know this isn’t perfect, but we think we are on a good start. If you have any ideas to help us make this
